 A concentrate of sweetness with notes of vanilla.  Melts creamily in the mouth, leaving a pleasant, intensely sweet sensation

OUR NOTES:

Wow!  Top of the line.   In my opinion it's the best and most interesting white out there.  It has subtle nuances of refreshing - almost citrusy - notes along with just the right balance of vanilla.  I'm not a white chocolate person at all, but I really enjoyed this bar!  And I look forward to my next chance to taste it.  Amedei has sacrificed some of its worldclass cacao beans to make this white chocolate, and it was definitely worth it.
