Al: It started as a desperate day taste experience and ended up as a very appealing surprise for an unashamed Milk Chocolate Lover. Liking this bar is the thing that gives me some credibility with Becky when I am eating wonderful Milk Chocolates.

Al: The more I ate, the more I liked this bar! And I am a milk chocolate lover. Of course, I was self-medicating with cacao at the time, but it turned into a real tasting and eating experiencce! Just repeatedly say to yourself, "cacao is really good for you!" Take this one with a glass of sweeter table wine if you don't quite feel ready for the pure chocolate experience (most do not, and I was surprised that I was.) This bar can grow on you if you are patient with yourself and your palate.
Becky: This is one powerful bar! It is a bit too strong for me to enjoy, a bit more acidic than I like, but then I prefer my chocolate in the 70% range.
