Sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, vanillin, emuslifier:  lecithin.

OUR NOTES:

At 27% Cacao content, this is one of the lightest but smoothly sweet milk chocolates to be had.  This bar definately requires serious self control to resist once it is open.  The lower the Caco content the more room there is for milk and sugar or other ingredients that might go into a chocolate bar recipie.  These are the things that we all have to watch in our diets.  If you can do this, a bar of this every now and again is a real treat, and it reamains one of my special Milk Chocolate favorites!

Down at the shop in the mall, I never hesitated to recommend this bar to the true milk chocolate eaters.  I would tell people, that if they really did not like it, to bring it back and I would buy it back.  We sold out of these all the time in the 5 months the shop was at the Mall. None ever came back!  Our other Milk Chocolate bars are no slouches either, and the Galler Rich Milk is, on certain mood days, a favorite for its slightly more robust chocolate flavor in milk.
