Al: This is a smooth, nice flavored, intense chocolate. It finishes much nicer than it begins, and I tell folks to just hang on through the initial melt and flavor. It really does have a nice mid and finish point. The flavor will really stay with your palate. People who tried the 5 gram sample are automatically in our 99 club! They did not have to like it - just be bold enough to experience a 99% chocolate!
Becky: Strong and powerful. Eat this in small pieces. This is my favorite so far of the essentially pure chocolate bars. It starts out very intense, but finishes much mellower. If you aren't sure about eathing such high cocoa content, try the 5g mini bar first. This mini is what we would often hand out at the shop when people asked, "Is 100% cacao just really rich chocolate?" Definitely worth a try, even if it's just for the experience!
