Contents of Box:

Five pieces each of white chocolate, 45% milk chocolate, 72% and 85% dark chocolate, and a single origin dark chocolate from Santo Domingo.  Roasted cacao beans, cacao nibs, cacao paste and cacao butter to sample, along with a 32 page booklet filled with fine photographs and beautiful watercolors describing the process of making chocolate.
