This sample contains six, 5 gram pieces of fine dark chocolate made in France by Michel Cluizel. They range in Cacao percentage from 50% to 70%. The 65% Mangaro Noir won the '2003 Salon du Chocolate' competition in France as the best example of a dark chocolate. It's time-delayed fruity after taste is unlike any other dark chocolate we have tasted. You owe it to yourself to try this one - even if you don't like dark chocolate. The set comes with a color coded descriptive tasting card that tells what the manufacturer thinks your palate could pick up.
