OUR NOTES:

This is one of Al's top contenders for his favorite milk chocolate. We had a customer who had tried it on his travels in Scandanavia and asked if we could find this bar for him, so we searched around, and here it is. What surprised us is how much we liked it, too! It's smooth and creamy, milky, thick and sweet -- everything you want in a milk chocolate bar. It has an unusually full, rich flavor for a 30% milk chocolate. Becky likes it best with coffee because it's one of those milk chocolates that that has a thick, creamy texture that can stand up enjoyably to a dark brew. It's a big bar - 200g - but that's a good thing. It means you might actually share a piece or two, or maybe not...maybe you just have more to hoard and savor.
