INGREDIENTS:

Sugar, full cream milk powder(30%), cocoa butter, cocoa paste, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla, min 32% cocoa. May contain traces of nuts, hazelnuts, eggs, wheat.

OUR NOTES:

Al:  This bar is second only to the Cafe Tasse milk chocolate bar, and it is often a first choice for me when I am in a bit more serious milk chocolate eating mood.   The taste stays with you and it can be eaten slowly, even if you eat it all in one sitting.  It is hard to not eat these milk chocolate bars in one sitting.

Becky:  I really like this bar!  As far as a light milk chocolate goes, it is excellent.  Super smooth mouthfeel, dark enough so that the taste of the chocolate shines through.  It is an ongoing controversy with our customers.  Half  lean towards the lighter Cafe Tasse Lait, the other half lean towards this Galler.  We'd love to hear what you think!  Granted, I still prefer the darks, but when I do eat a light milk, this is the one I'll go to.
