Gavotte Crêpe Dentelle

The first time we tasted these we fell in love with them! Each Gavotte is made from a very thin French crêpe which is rolled and baked to a shatteringly delicate crunch. It's then dipped in a sweet dark chocolate that perfectly compliments the crêpe inside. Each Gavotte is just under 2 inches long, and they are so fragile that Al suggests you pop the whole thing in your mouth, so when it shatters, you don't lose a single crumb. . What a perfect compliment to a cup of coffee or tea! Made in France.

Try them with an icecream sundae - it's what they do in Europe!

Ingredients: dark chocolate 43% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla flavoring), wheat flour, sugar, concentrated butter, non modified and/or hydrogenated vegetable fats (copra and palm kernel oil), lactose and milk proteins, salt, barley malt flour, raising agent :sodium hydrogen carbonate.
