CHOCOLATIER'S DESCRIPTION:

Our white chocolate is created with cocoa butter pressed directly from the crushed cacao beans.  The smooth, creamy taste comes predominantly from the organic full cream milk and real vanilla, which we mix with the cacao butter.

INGREDIENTS:

Organic Raw Cane Sugar, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soy Lecithin, Organic Vanilla (0.08%) May contain traces of nuts - This chocolate is made in a factory that handles nut and dairy ingredients.  Suitable for Vegetarians.

OUR NOTES:

 A customer favorite, this white is also our teenage daughter's favorite (and she is the white chocolate fan in the family).  It's a classic whte with a warm, rich vanilla taste and specks of real vanilla bean throughout.  Not as much depth as the Amedei or quite the ultra smoothness of the slitti, but nicely balanced and smooth - a worthy choice.
