OUR TASTING NOTES:
The classic Swiss Hot Chocolate. From the Alpine Swiss restaurants to the old city cafe, even on the precisly timed trains, and the bots on the many lakes, if you order hot chocolate in Switzerland, this is what you will get:   A steaming mug of hot milk, a spoon and a packet of Caotina. And it is really quite good. Adults like it; kids like it. It even has vitamins added to enhance the "chocolate as food" philosophy of Europe.
One of the things we like best about this chocolate powder is the way it dissolves. You can empty your whole packet, like a mountain, onto the top of your milk and just watch it dissolve into the liquid. You hardly need to stir at all! And, unlike many hot chocolate powders, it stays dissolved. It doesn't become a chocolatey blob on the bottom of your cup. The Swiss make sure you won't miss your train because you can't get your cocoa mixed.
