OUR NOTES:
This is one of our all time favorite bars. Not for the faint of heart, it is a solid 160g hunk of rustic 75% dark chocolate, filled with large nibs, and is probably best served on a banana leaf, whacked into crumbly chunks with a machete. This bar redefines the chocolate experience. I was never overly fond of the unique, intense and smokey flavor of São Tomé chocolate, but this bar made a convert of me. I don't even particularly care for nibs in my chocolate - but in this bar - sublime. So, if you like dark chocolate and you want an adventure, go get your machete and experience a little bit of Africa!
