Dark brown purply colour, good aromatic intensity, well balanced, vanilla aroma, mild spices, milky, clean on the palate, bitter and slightly acid.

OUR NOTES:

This is one delicious chocolate! We both really liked it. If you want to move up into the 80% cocoa content bars, but are a little nervous that you'll be in over your head, this is a great place to start. Maybe it's so good because it is made with the more flavorful criollo beans mixed with some trinitarios. We both highly recommend this bar and would love to know what you think!
