OUR NOTES:
A well done chocolate from the usually less than interesting forastero cacao bean. There is a lot of mediocre to poor chocolate from the African continent (São Tomé and Madagascar chocolate is in different class). This bar shows African chocolate can be worth eating if grown and handled with care. Classic chocolate taste with a surprisingly long finish for a forastero bean. Pleasant and worth eating, it is wonderful to compare with the other chocolate bars.
