Fresh and subtle, woody aroma with wild mushroms, slightly acid and long on the palate.

OUR NOTES:

Al:  Earthy, nice, with a slight acidic touch.  A comfortable yet interesting chocolate.

Becky:  I found this chocolate bright, fresh and fruity. There is a nice blend of red fruit and citrus. If you like Madagascar chocolate (whether by Pralus or by Cluizel) I think you'll like this too!
