OUR NOTES:
Al: Starts smokey, ends fruity. Weird. I like it! I like both of those tastes in chocolate. It is great to have them combined.
Becky: This chocolate is a great example of what is meant by "woody" and "wild mushrooms". Though these aren't tastes most of us look for in chocolate, it is surprisingly pleasant. I notice a whiff of smoke at the beginning and a touch of raspberry at the end. It's like a summer's daywalk through the woods, past a campfire, to pick raspberries; then dip it all in chocolate. Delightful.
