Becky: This chocolate is said to be François Pralus' own personal favorite. It must be since he bought the plantation in Madagascar where the cacao for it is grown! If you like Madagascar chocolate, you'll love this. Note that it is 10% darker than the Cluizel Mangaro Noir, so it won't be as sweet. An excellent chocolate, it is one of our favorites, too!
