Fresh nose, fruity, spicy, slightly acid, intense aroma, long on the palate.

OUR NOTES:

It's hard to believe this chocolate is made from a Forastero cacao bean. It's got lots of interesting nuances. This bar has mild smokey notes as do most bars from the volcanic island of São Tomé, but it's not overwhelming. An interesting chocolate that really grows on you with its subtle fuity notes.
