You can start with the 5 gram pyramid, but it's really just a teaser, though it makes a great gift for someone who likes dark chocolate (it's very popular with our customers). The full experience doesn't come out until you allow yourself to experience more. The large pyramid is our current obsession. Al keeps one hidden in his drawer at work. I have mine tucked away at home. Each day at lunch we sample half a 50g bar of two different bars. I am constantly impressed with the depth of these chocolate bars. Al has noted that some have a finish that lasts 30 minutes! When you really get serious about comparing chocolate, this is the way to go.
