CHOCOLATIER'S TASTING NOTES:

Single origin chocolate with 36% cocoa solids, has predominant dairy notes, where the flavors of nuts mix with accords of flowers and fruits, generating a rich combination reminiscent of milk caramel. It has a soft consistancy on the palate, and the taste of chocolate is gently released to the end.

INGREDIENTS:

Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, skim milk powder, soy lecithin (E322)(emuslifier) and natural vanilla (36% cocoa).

OUR NOTES:

A very interesting and different milk chocolate. We, personally, like it a lot! There is something unique about its taste that we can't quite define. Maybe it's just the particular Colombian cacao used, maybe the type of sugar, or the processing. People either absolutely adore it, or don't particularly care for it. A fun one to try and taste beside some other milk chocolates at a great price.
