CHOCOLATIER'S TASTING NOTES:
Long on the palate, but not too sweet, this chocolate has a distinctive flavour, mild yet rich in cocoa, with notes of caramel and vanilla deliciouslyy set off by a touch of malt.
INGREDIENTS:
cocoa butter, whole powdered milk, sugar, cocoa beans, brown sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifying agents: soy lecithin, malt extract, natural vanilla flavour.
OUR NOTES:
This is a very nice milk chocolate. Often, at the shop, if someone hasn't quite found a perfect fit in a milk chocolate, we will pull out this bar for them to taste and watch their eyes light up! Must be that hint of malt that gives this bar just the right something.
