 A rich aroma of milk and a precious balance of cocoa butter and natural vanilla.

INGREDIENTS:

Sugar, Cocoa butter, whole milk powder, Whey powder, Emulsifier: sou lecithin, flavoured with natural vanilla.

OUR NOTES:

 The Italians have done it again! Notice that all of our top whites have an Italian connection. A coincidence? Hmmm...In this bar the flavor is similar to the Green & Black's - a nice balanced vanilla with the perfect amount of sweetness, but this one has no vanilla bean specks. The texture of this bar is smooth, though not quite to the extreme of the Slitti, and it doesn't have quite the depth of flavor as the Amedei, but it's still an excellent white. When you start eating good white chocolate you'll wonder how you ever liked the other stuff.
